About the Space
This is a perfect setting for hosting an event, a photo or video shoot, an interview, a podcast recording, or any other meeting or creative project that needs a high-end, professional setting with incredible natural light. Video Tour https://vimeo.com/912729834/2359b642d4 The Lounge area has two living room settings, two 8' tables with seating for 16, and floor-to-ceiling windows on two walls. It's a perfect setting for seating people, photo and video shoots, and interviews. The Office/Conference room has four electric desks for sitting or standing that combine to form a large conference table, a living room, and three bistro tables. It's perfect for a meeting, interview, podcast, or just having a place to work for the day. The Kitchen area has a full kitchen with an island bar with four seats. This works well for photo and video shoots, or setting up food and refreshments for a bite to eat. The Phone Room is a small, private room for making phone calls, or doing a more intimate interview or shoot. There are two ADA restrooms with plenty of room to change clothes or do makeup. Both restrooms have lots of light, mirrors, and clothes hooks. You will have access to the entire space during your rental. There are also three wide-screen monitors, a color laser printer, forty-eight white folding chairs, nine 4' folding tables, and two 6' folding tables that can be used for extra seating. The space is located on historic Oak St in downtown Roanoke, TX. Roanoke is known for incredible dining and shopping, and it's all within easy walking distance from our space.

I recently hosted my daughter's bridal shower at this venue, and while the space itself is beautiful and ideally located, my overall experience was mixed. On my initial visit, I had to wait 30 minutes outside to view the space because the manager was away from her phone. On the day of my event, I encountered a similar issue, waiting outside for 15 minutes before gaining access. When we finally entered, the space had not been cleaned after the previous event, leaving us just 15 minutes to clean and set up—despite being promised 30 minutes of setup time. As a result, I was still preparing when my guests began to arrive, which was stressful. About 20–30 minutes after we entered, the building’s maintenance staff arrived. While it was disappointing to hear the space hadn't been cleaned beforehand, I appreciated his kindness and professionalism. He removed the trash, showed us where to find extra supplies like tables, chairs, and the ice machine, and was very accommodating. Despite these issues, the event space itself is stunning, and several of my guests even inquired about renting it for their own events. I would recommend this venue for its location and aesthetic appeal. However, the management and cleaning staff need to improve their communication and preparation processes. As a former Airbnb SuperHost, I can confidently say that providing a clean and ready space is not asking too much when you are taking people's money.

Awesome experience! Great communication and beautiful space. We loved the space with tons of natural light. Little need for us to bring in art props. We were able to move around and repurpose props from the space. We had around 21 total crew/talent/client with wardrobe, hair / make up, video village and 2 talent and felt comfortable. It is on a main road and near train in downtown. We did run audio and had to stop some throughout the day but not terrible. We still managed to film and get through our day fine. Overall we loved the space and the host. Would definitely recommend the space!
