This renovated, white box unit is ideal for birthday parties, baby showers, engagement parties, art exhibits, wine tastings and all your social gatherings. - Street-level, 1000 sq. ft. unit with 10 ft. ceilings and 2 renovated half bathrooms available for use - Large, east-facing windows provide ample natural light - Furniture and decor rentals are available upon request: 75 chiavari chairs 75 white folding chairs and 10 tables - Food and alcohol can be served the sale is prohibited Rates listed above are Monday-Friday rates (contact us about Saturday and Sunday available packages)

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
