Our four-bedroom, three and a half bathroom Smart home is the perfect spot for everyone in your family to relax. Cozy up together around the spacious open concept living room with board games galore or show off your inner chef skills at our Kitchen Aid refrigerator, dishwasher, oven & wine cooler complete with a shining Viking range stovetop centerpiece on an island - it's sure to make anyone feel like MasterChef! Get ready to be amazed! This smart home has it all - from controllable lighting and blinds, to the ultimate surround sound music system that'll have you feeling like a superstar. Plus there's no need to worry about how everything works; just take a look at the instructions when you arrive and get ready for your best stay ever! After a nature hike or day of fun tubing, why not treat yourselves to the ultimate relaxation spot? Our first bedroom on the main floor with its comfy queen bed and lots of natural light from multiple windows is just perfect! This bright room features heated floors in an ensuite bathroom plus a large shower, toilet with heated seat option AND access to our wrap around porch. Step out onto this beautiful deck for some fresh air - you'll have plenty of seating options so you can listen closely to your forest neighbors while challenging each other at an exciting game of air hockey too! If you thought that the downstairs was impressive, just wait until you come up these stairs! You'll be surrounded by a large open-office and library space - perfect for work or relaxing with your favorite book. Overlooking all of this is one of our most popular rooms: The Master ensuite. After a long day out exploring Blue Ridge's wonders, it's time to relax in style like royalty! Take your morning coffee or curl up for some reading just off the bedroom. But don't forget about the bathroom! A Master ensuite to be exact, lined with natural stone and unique Teak wood sink--it'll make all of your cabin-dreams come true! Picture yourself washing away stress from within these luxurious master walls as you enjoy heated floors underfoot and take on nature's beautiful walk-in shower complete with tree bark lining... it truly is Insta worthy! Come down to the basement and you'll find the perfect spot for your family's getaway. Gather around a King bedroom that feels like home, or give kids their own space in our bunkroom complete with Twin-over-Full size bed and queen mattress - sleeping four! There are tons of great activities here too; try movie night under cozy blankets, shoot some pool at the table ,or take a soak together in hot tub on patio – an intimate place ideal for sipping wine beneath clear mountain stars. Finish up by roasting marshmallows over out fire pit while making memories around delicious smores shared between loved ones. Need some extra family fun during your stay? We've got it! Above the garage, challenge each other to a friendly game of ping pong and enjoy the just added games such as PIN BALL, SKEE BALL, PACMAN and more! You can also just settle in and watch TV together. Plus the added comfort with our futon (queen sized) and A/C & heating unit right next door. Make sure you don't miss out on all that nature has to offer here too—we have lake access just a short drive away complete with its own shared community area where guests can hangout any time they'd like! Other things to note The garage has been converted to a Zen space. If you need to use the e-vehicle charger, please take the chord out the garage side door and charge in the driveway. Guests are required to sign Cherokee Rose Homes Rental Contract prior to their reservation This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town! We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews. While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away. Firewood is not provided. Please coordinate with us before your arrival, if you would like to purchase some firewood for your stay. There will be a $500 fine for fires left unattended or fires that were not put out prior to leaving or retiring for the night. We don't want any embers be blown over to the nearby trees/woods, or anything that can potentially set it on fire. Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. Guests are required to complete the guest screening booking requirement, to avoid cancellation of the reservation.
