About the Space
A photographer's dream studio, perfect for any photoshoot, video production and more. 12x24 foot white cyc (infinity) wall 13 foot ceilings. Open Floor Plan. Multiple backgrounds, many props. Makeup room and onsite bathrooms. Best of all, no stairs or elevators, ground floor load in!

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Ethan was extremely accommodating with our film shoot, and the studio gave us ample space to move around camera and lighting with ease. There was also a lot of space to park, which for our G&E van and crew transportation, was essential. He had multiple backdrops for us to use including a white wall, black curtains, and checkerboard floors; our production designer loved it. Ethan was also really friendly, always a plus. Definitely will be booking again for future shoots:))

This place is so versatile with so many options for back drops and props I shot my short film here and was able to condense two different locations into one because of what was available to me. Ethan is also an excellent host and great to work with. I will absolutely shoot here again.

Great space, huge inside! They have gated parking at the front door which was so helpful with all the clothing I had to bring inside.

The space was clean and very large. Load in was very easy. Ethan was a huge help, I will definitely be booking again!
