Magical Outdoor Spaces + Tiny House with an Incredible View + Fire Pit!

This is a great space for Photography and Filming! It has an unbeatable view from the deck, a tiny cozy interior, a big raised stone fire pit, and multiple other rustic outdoor spaces. The house faces southwest with an expansive view all the way to the beach. The morning hours are full of gentle diffused sunlight (the sun rises behind the house). Sunset is always epic, with a view of the sun dipping behind Runyon Canyon. Evening is also lovely with the twinkling city in the distance, and the fire pit keeping up the good vibes. The reason for the great view is that we're up high! There are a few winding outdoor staircases winding past beautiful outdoor viewpoints - it is a little workout but well worth the effort. It is a rustic space that is home to many animals - rabbits, owls, hummingbirds, hawks, coyotes, and of course the neighbor's pups, so it is not a perfectly silent location. The tiny house is about 150 square feet. 80 total amps of power can be drawn from the house using 20A outlets inside the house. I will be on site the whole time you're there to help with anything you need!
