About the Space

Semi-custom home in the great Phoenix neighborhood. Perfect place for small weddings, birthday parties, corporate retreats, or any occasion where preparing and serving food is a must. Beautiful pool table, baby grand piano, many televisions, and plenty of seating for you and your guests. Light and bright with soaring ceilings. House built in 1993. Huge kitchen with center island and tons of granite countertop for food preparation and presentation. Great basement area with reclining couches and 80" Sony TV, foosball, and game table. Heated pool. Grass area and planter beds with herbs and flowers. Plenty of space to make your memories. Great bedrooms with comfy beds and clean linens for your overnight stays.
