We have poured our heart and souls into this old 25ft high warehouse to make it a one-of-a-kind studio space to fit all your needs, from photo shoots, talking head videos, podcasts, and video podcasts to a space that you can take over for workshops, conferences, classes, and art exhibits. The studio has an HVAC and a controlled humidifier. air filters, Dolby atmos / spatial sound system, standing desk with make-up mirror, bathroom, option to access the darkroom, kitchen, mezzanine, and /or lounge area. We take great pride into making a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests, from air purifiers, to humidifiers set at 45%, we clean and desinfect after each session, but we still recommend you to bring and wear your own masks, if you or anyone in your party is sick we recommend postponing your visit
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
