No smoking is allowed. No alcohol is allowed. Outside catering is allowed. No onsite cooking, only food assembly prep. Do not disturb the quiet functioning of other commercial tenants in the building. PLEASE LEAVE THE CONFERENCE ROOM READY FOR A MEETING IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING YOURS Please use the following checklist as a guide for clean-up before you leave: •Tables back to their original order •Tables wiped off- paper towels are located in the kitchen •Chairs pushed in •Recycle or dispose of any leftover meeting paperwork •Turn off any electronic equipment you turned on •Countertop Items left as you found them •Erase whiteboards •If you have made any temperature adjustments to the thermostat, please return HVAC controls to the original settings •Vacuum floors if necessary – a carpet sweeper is located in the entry area •Lights turned off If you use the kitchen: •Please wash dirty dishes and place them on the dish rack •Kitchen counters cleared and cleaned •NO ALCOHOL is allowed on the premises. No smoking is permitted on the premises. •Food items thrown away •Catering boxes recycled or removed (please note: there is a dumpster located in the southeast corner of the parking lot) •Make sure the toaster oven is unplugged
