A smoker and grill are available in the backyard. - Connected great room with raised natural wood ceiling, expansive dining table, stone fireplace, and 16' accordion door opening to the backyard to create indoor/outdoor entertaining space. - Large, private, paved, covered back patio with a view of mountains. Manicured backyard with artificial turf, mature fruit, and avocado trees. Patio table with additional bar service and passthrough to the kitchen. (The kitchen/great room/patio area is an excellent space for a private event or meeting). - Newly remodeled private guest bath with custom terrazzo floors, large standing glass shower, and custom white oak vanity. This is the primary bathroom for visitors.
