About the Space
Formerly known as the Silicon Beach Lofts, the building was built during the internet bubble for many of Google and other companies' "off-site" projects. Since then, it's been converted to 30 or so unique units offered as live/work spaces. About half of the units are used as work only, while the other half of us are here full-time. The space is best used for video and photo shoots, but could also be used as a meeting or workshop space. If you have an idea, feel free to hit me up and discuss it. The upstairs contains my office and storage and will locked off if I'm not here (I'm happy to leave if you prefer, but that means you won't get to hang out with Sunny my dog).

Parking description
1-2 cars in the private, gated lot and lots of street parking on the street and neighboring streets.
General Rules
- No smoking in the building
- Please take all trash out to the bins in the lot
- No loud music after 8 pm (the walls aren't as thick as they seem and the unit below me is another full-time tenant)
- No pets allowed (but you can ask if you think your pet will change my mind)
- All rentals include setup/teardown time
- Everything must be returned to where it was originally placed
- The front door must be locked upon departure from the space; please use the lock box and key code provided
- Please let me know ahead of time if you need the motorcycle moved
- No porn/only fans/nudity/sexual content
All ages are allowed in the space

Currently have cameras in parking lot and will be adding cameras to interior spaces designated for Peerspace use.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Cleaning supplies will be available on site for any accidents or issues.
A $100 fee will be attached for a general cleaning following your rental (wipe down with cleaner of surfaces, quick vacuum for dust spots on floor, straightening up anything not returned perfectly, etc).
A $250 cleaning fee will be added to any rental where extra cleaning is required if outside cleaners are required to address issues with the couch, floors, major stains, etc.
A $1000 cleaning fee will be added to any rental where extra cleaning/painting is required for damage to the walls.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
