Large Spacious Live/Work Loft Apartment
About the Space
Formerly known as the Silicon Beach Lofts, the building was built during the internet bubble for many of Google and other companies' "off-site" projects. Since then, it's been converted to 30 or so unique units offered as live/work spaces. About half of the units are used as work only, while the other half of us are here full-time. The space is best used for video and photo shoots, but could also be used as a meeting or workshop space. If you have an idea, feel free to hit me up and discuss it. The upstairs contains my office and storage and will locked off if I'm not here (I'm happy to leave if you prefer, but that means you won't get to hang out with Sunny my dog).

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Cleaning supplies will be available on site for any accidents or issues. A $100 fee will be attached for a general cleaning following your rental (wipe down with cleaner of surfaces, quick vacuum for dust spots on floor, straightening up anything not returned perfectly, etc). A $250 cleaning fee will be added to any rental where extra cleaning is required if outside cleaners are required to address issues with the couch, floors, major stains, etc. A $1000 cleaning fee will be added to any rental where extra cleaning/painting is required for damage to the walls.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
