Surface Disinfection: All surfaces, including tables, chairs, countertops, and equipment, are meticulously cleaned and disinfected using EPA-approved disinfectants. Special attention is paid to high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and restroom facilities. 3. Flooring Care: Floors are swept, mopped, and vacuumed as needed to remove any debris or spills. Carpeted areas are also vacuumed and spot-cleaned to maintain cleanliness and appearance. 4. Restroom Sanitization: Restroom facilities are cleaned and sanitized with hospital-grade disinfectants to ensure cleanliness and hygiene. Toilet fixtures, sinks, countertops, and mirrors are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. 5. Trash Removal: All trash and waste bins are emptied and liners replaced as part of the cleaning process. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
