Creative loft style content creation space

The perfect location for Video Podcast recording, content creation, live streaming, YouTube video shoots, Zoom meetings and more! Our space makes you feel like you're in a super cool Downtown Detroit loft but without the hassle of parking, upper level floors and long walks to your space! Our kitchen area has a small fridge that you can put food or drinks in, and we have a bathroom/dressing room that has a small bench, full length mirror & clothes hooks. We have 4 different sets that can be customized with smart lighting. You tell us the color scheme, we'll match it for you. Our solid color backdrop is 9 feet wide and can be light gray (and then customized with smart lighting), orange or white. We have professional audio gear consisting of (4) Shure MV7 mics and Sony headhones. We have a 3-camera setup with all high end Sony cinema cameras. We'll record and edit your video podcast in real time and deliver your finished video file within 24 hours! The producer is included in every rental! While not completely sound proof, we do have sound blankets mounted on the 15' high ceilings, sound panels on the wall and area rugs to help dampen echo & reverb. It's a very good acoustic space.
