House Rules for Our Airbnb Guests Deposit : we required a 600$ deposit , the deposit will be refunded ones the house get inspected and the customer follows the house rules . The deposit will be refund one week later . Parking: Guests are kindly requested to park only in the designated parking space provided. Please do not park in any other areas to ensure convenience for all residents. 2 more cars can be packed on the grass by the mailbox NO SMOKING ( only outdoor is allowed ) NO MARIJUANA Parties: We maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors. Therefore, parties or events of any kind are scheduled from 11:00 am -5:00 pm on the premises. For a maximum of 20 people, the party needs to be hosted in the outdoor area, and no party is allowed inside the house. A security deposit is required, the security deposit will be refunded once the property gets inspected Security: For the safety of everyone, guests are required to activate the alarm system every time they leave the property. This ensures the security of the premises. Garbage Disposal: Garbage must be placed outside on the days specified for collection by the city. This helps maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards. Maintenance: We expect guests to treat the property with care and respect. Please ensure that the house is well-maintained throughout your stay. Use of the restroom: for the event is allowed to use the restroom, no paper flush in the toilet. It’s a fee of 350$ if the restroom gets clogged . Pet Policy: no pets allowed. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these house rules. By doing so, you'll help us maintain a pleasant environment for all guests and ensure a delightful stay for everyone.
