About the Space
We have 1,500 SF of open warehouse space available for rent. It is ideal for any type of video or audio production. Users of the space will have access to free parking, Wifi, a Kitchen, a private changing room, and a restroom. If you are looking to complete your next big production project, we have the perfect space for you.

Our space is warehouse with 2 bay doors that can be lifted to provide natural light. But there are no windows in the space.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We make sure that each new guest that comes into a clean, healthy environment by having the space professionally cleaned after each use.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:
