You will have access to an open floor plan perfect for photo shoots, video shoots, content creation, showroom appointments, castings, or meetings. Equipped with a beautiful vintage couch, a large table with 4 chairs, a garment rack, vintage mirrors, a dressing screen,, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth speaker. Light fills the room on a sunny day early in the morning (before 10am) and in the afternoon (between 3-6). Mid-day, the space gives moody, sultry vibes. Very picturesque streets and parks nearby. Back corners of the space are monitored and used for storage as well as my personal design studio. Close to many subway stops. 6th floor elevator building with freight access until 6pm M-F.
