About the Space
History: The building is a Victorian-era brick factory in the Ironbound neighborhood of Newark, currently home to an artist colony. The Dietze Building—named after the Dietze family that renovated it after a 1927 fire—was built in 1890 and became home to toymaker Kirchhof Patent Company, which invented gadgets such as the magnetic telegraph and the yo-yo. A spacious 2700 sqft multi-use production studio equipped with a photography studio, living room area, multi-purpose dining area, an office, and space to create your creative desires. Catering to, but not limited to, photo & video projects, wellness events, corporate offsite activations, creative seminars, and private dinner functions

General Rules
STUDIO RULES
• NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN THE BUILDING
• NO PETS ALLOWED WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT OF A STUDIO REPRESENTATIVE
• OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINK ARE ALLOWED FOR KRAFT SERVICES; PLEASE DISPOSE APPROPRIATELY
• BEFORE BRINGING HARD-TO-CLEAN MATERIALS AND PROPS SUCH AS GLITTER, POWDER, BALLOONS, OILS, PAINT, ETC. - YOU MUST RECEIVE APPROVAL FROM STUDIO MANAGEMENT
• TRASH IN THE TRASH; RECYCLABLES IN THE RECYCLING
• KEEP SPACE CLEAN AND RETURN EQUIPMENT TO ITS RIGHTFUL PLACE. CLEANING FEE WILL BE IMPLEMENTED IF THE STUDIO IS UNKEMPT
• PLEASE WIPE DOWN SURFACES USED
• NO UNSUPERVISED CHILDREN. ANYONE UNDER 18 YEARS OLD MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN OF-AGE GUARDIAN.
• NO LOITERING IN THE HALLWAYS.
We take pride in providing a clean and inviting studio environment for all clients. If the studio is left in a condition that requires more cleaning than expected, we may charge a cleaning fee based on a quote from our cleaning company. We kindly request that you leave the studio as you found it.

Security cameras and recording devices
The studio is under video surveillance for security, insurance, and dispute purposes. It is used for dispute resolution ONLY.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our cleaning staff thoroughly cleans the space after every booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:
- Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic
