Twin Cities Spacious Music Rehearsal/Event Space

Once a vaccuum store, our now converted music center offers 2 large and 5 small rooms that are dedicated to affordable space rental, musical education, a performance venue, and access to instruments and tech. We are located in the University corridor, smack dab in the middle of the Twin Cities--1 block from the Turf Club, Allianz stadium, and the restaurants & shops on Snelling. Our large rehearsal spaces (30/hr) are both around 500 sqft with high ceilings and equipped with a drum kit, keyboard, PA system, guitars, mics, and amps. The space can be used for band practice, jamming with friends, music lessons, and events. The two large rooms connect with a 10 x 10 door and can open into a larger event space that can hold up to 170 people. Our 5 smaller spaces are good for individual, smaller groups, or music lessons. We are also open to folks using our event space who need a larger space, PA system, and a stage with lighting.
