Formally known as "TH3 INK HOUSE", this is a beautiful artist content loft. Perfect for any video shoots, commercials, podcasts, photoshoots and many other creative uses. We do NOT host parties. With an overall open concept, we have a very spacious living room with high ceilings. 90 inch TV mounted on a custom painted graffiti wall. We also have a very modern, open kitchen with lots of counterspace. Aside from the bedroom, all areas can be used freely. Just treat property with respect.

Our team cleans the full space between each booking. We also have a professional cleaning crew who complete a weekly deep cleaning in the space.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
