About the Space
1000 square feet space with street access located in the Lower East Side. Flexible space with beautiful natural light painted in white and off-white colors, can be used for different activities: • Events • Pop ups • Art exhibitions • Meetings • Dinners • Photoshoots • Yoga classes, and more. Capacities: up to 50 people. Rugs and decorations can be removed. Furniture can be moved. Ceilings 8,2 feet. With our equipment available, including: • WiFi • Sonos sound system • Mini fridge • Private bathroom • Big extendable dining table and chairs • Racks shown on the pictures are removable and available for an additional fee $30 per rack • Picture hanging system • Silverware, plates • Glassware is available for an additional fee $3 per glass • Dressing room • V flat • C stands • Jiffy steamer • Sandbags, and more. Additional in-house service: Event photography, private dining experience with a chef, on-site creative direction. Rates vary depending on the type of the event.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
