Please do not arrive earlier than your time expecting to start setting up to shoot. -No shooting outside of the building -No hanging out right outside of the building -No shooting or hanging out in back outdoor space -No Smoking Inside. If needed for a shot please message us directly for fee to waive if possible. -Some furniture may be moved. Ask upon shoot. Furniture moved must be put back by end of shoot time. -Any props moved must be put back to its original place prior to end of booking -Please do not exceed the amount of people you bring than what you booked. Additional fees will apply. -No live guns and/or weapons. Props are okay upon letting the studio know a head of time. -We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment during your booking. -The space must be left in the condition you originally entered it in. Any damages to the studio, furniture, props, and equipment during your booking may result in additional charges. -No pets -Booking rates are hourly. To avoid additional fees, please be sure to be wrapped up and packed up by the end of your booking time. Set up and clean up is part of your booking time. -If you or your guests create an unsafe environment or cause too many damages, we have the right to shut down your booking. -We reserve all rights to take and share behind the scenes photo(s) and/or video of occurring in our space for the sole purpose of promotion for our studio location.
