There are plenty of parking spaces available on our premises, and we do not have any reserved parking spaces.

OVERTIME Setup and breakdown are included in the reservation. Going past the reservation time will result in a fee equivalent to one hour of reservation. The end of the reservation is marked by the guest turning off all lights and exiting the premises. If guests are still present on the premises after the booking time has ended, they will be charged a fee equivalent to one hour. There will be no grace periods for leaving the premises. ADJUSTMENT TO BOOKING TIMES Any adjustment to the booking time must be communicated ahead of time. If guests are late without any communication on adjusting the booking time, the booking time will stand as it was originally booked. The host is not responsible for any tardiness of guests or their associates. Please plan accordingly. INDEPENDENT CHECK-IN All bookings will be self-check-in. Check-in instructions will be sent 24 hours before the booking date and time. SECURITY SYSTEM The space is armed with a security system and must be disarmed by the studio manager before guests enter the space. AUTHORIZED USE OF SPACE Utilize the space for its intended purpose as booked. This listing is for access to the warehouse studio and the lounge area. Unauthorized use will result in additional charges. CLOSING UP & FEES Please follow the closing checklist provided in the check-in instructions (sent 24 hours before the booking time) to avoid additional fees. Failure to lock doors, turn off lights, or return keys will result in fees. POSSESSION OF SUBSTANCES No drugs or alcohol will be permitted in the space. If any substances are detected via camera surveillance, fees will be applied after the booking. SMOKING No smoking will be allowed indoors. If guests wish to smoke, please smoke outside of the building and at least 20 feet away from any entrances. If any indoor smoking activities are detected via camera surveillance or any odor of smoking indoors is found after the booking, guests will be charged a fee. CATERING Outside catering is permitted. We ask that guests please clean up after themselves. NOISE Noise must be kept to a reasonable level between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday. ENTRANCE For security reasons, please make sure all entrances to the building are closed and not propped open unattended. PETS The space is pet-friendly. We ask that guests please watch and clean up after their pets.
