About the Space
This newly built ADU is a 400 sq. ft. studio space with a small kitchenette and guest bathroom with shower. There is a large window facing the canyon and adjacent to it is an accordion style window door that opens up into a green oasis. The cement flooring is complimented by the warm wood cabinets and vaulted ceiling, and when the doors are open this seemingly small space feels much grander and the inside becomes out. This space would be utilized well for photo shoots, meetings or conferences (space comes with a 12 foot table).

The space is cleaned in detail between each guest, floors are swept and vacuumed and mopped if needed, all surfaces are wiped down with cleaner, bathroom is throughly cleaned with disinfectant. Windows will be cleaned as needed.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
