Free street parking

There is available street parking right in front of the unit. There is indoor parking space inside of the unit just in case you need to unload heavy equipment. Please communicate the need of this parking arrangement with me at the time of booking.

Ground Floor

SMOKING Absolutely no smoking inside the building premises. You must leave the building to smoke. Also no loud music. There is a small speaker in the black basket by the clothing rack that can play music by bluetooth. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. Please consider time to unload and clean up when booking. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Please plan accordingly prior to booking. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although we ask guests to leave the space in the same condition as they found it. You’re more than welcome to move furniture as you see fit but we request to place the items back to it’s original place. < although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. The owner offers options to design desired backdrops for guest & discounted fees for additional prop and furniture. The owner has easy access to luxury pieces and structures as she has an event planning business and studio is located within her warehouse where items are stored. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used.
