About the Space

This is a bi-level apartment in a 4-unit building located in the heart of Society Hill. The unit includes a bath, living room, and kitchen. There is a lofted floor that currently holds the exercise equipment, and meditation corner along with extra desk and table space to get work done. You can move furniture around or bring some in if necessary. You will also have access to the balcony that overlooks views to the north of Spruce Street.

  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Yes, I would book again.

Ayanna was very thorough on the space she rented out, and the photo team didn't have any issues with regards to utilizing the location. We used it as a "home base" for our production and would book again!
