Welcome to our space - the ultimate event space for any occasion! Our 3,000-square-foot venue is the perfect backdrop for concerts, corporate events, parties, film shoots, and more. Equipped with a state-of-the-art LED wall, our versatile space can be customized to meet your specific needs. Whether you're hosting an intimate gathering or a large-scale event, our team will work with you to bring your vision to life. The stage can be used if needed. A grassy side area can be used if needed. The sound system can be rented for an additional fee. Chairs and tables can be rented for an additional fee. No alcohol permitted. Must hire security for the event.

General Rules
No smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the venue, and designated smoking areas must be established outside the premises.
No pets: To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed inside the venue.
Leave the space as you found it: Guests must leave the venue in the same condition they found it.
No unauthorized guests: Guests are not allowed to bring any additional guests or performers without prior approval.
No illegal activities: The use of the venue for illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
Insurance requirement: Guests are required to provide liability insurance, depending on the nature of their event.
Be respectful: Above all, guests must be respectful of the venue and its surroundings, including neighbors, nearby businesses, and the community as a whole.

At our event space, cleanliness is a top priority. We understand the importance of maintaining a clean and healthy environment for all guests, which is why we hire a licensed cleaner to ensure that the venue is properly cleaned before and after every event. Our licensed cleaner uses industry-standard cleaning equipment and techniques to provide a deep and thorough clean of the entire space, ensuring that every surface is sanitized and ready for your event. Whether you're hosting a wedding, corporate event, or any other type of gathering, you can rest assured that our venue will be sparkling clean and ready for your guests.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
