- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

The space was as pictured and included everything in the description. Our one concern was that it smelt quite strongly of food upon our arrival, the host had let us know that there was a dinner party there the night before. The host was also cooking duck in the oven during our rental time and the smell was quite strong. Now the host is claiming that we damaged the dinning room table in the main space and looking for compensation, however we did not even use the table and had moved it off to the side so our group could sit in a semi circle. Overall not a great experience with the smell and now false damage accusation.

This space was perfect for my 30th birthday party the host and owner were so accommodating, letting me tour the space before hand, rearranging the space to how I wanted before I arrived, and great at communicating! All my guests kept commenting on how cool the space was!

I booked this space for my partner’s birthday party. We had live music and the host was very accommodating and so responsive. All our guests were impressed with the space. It was so nice and well lit with the big windows. It was the perfect space for our event. I will definitely book again!
