We have an on-site parking lot with spaces available. If preferred, you can also park for free on Golf Rd (same street as the building).
On-site parking is available on the building, although limited. You can also park for free on Golf Rd (same street as the building). We highly recommend carpooling or using rideshare services.

- Smoking is not permitted in the building.
- Children under 14 years old are not allowed.
- Business attire required.
- External catering services are not permitted.
- Alcohol is not sold.
- All visitors must register at reception.
- Maintain acceptable noise levels to ensure a productive work environment for all guest.

Security cameras and recording devices
Security cameras are on at all times at all entrances/exits of the building. We have some in the hallways and common spaces. Bathrooms, private offices, and meeting rooms DO NOT have security cameras for your privacy.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

At our office, cleanliness and hygiene are our top priorities. We uphold rigorous cleaning standards to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all our guests. Our cleaning process includes regular disinfection of high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, desks, and common areas using hospital-grade cleaning agents. Additionally, our professional cleaning staff conducts thorough cleaning sessions daily, focusing on maintaining cleanliness in restrooms, kitchens, and shared spaces. We also provide hand sanitizing stations throughout the office for added convenience and peace of mind. Your well-being is important to us, and we are committed to providing a clean and comfortable workspace for all.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
