Free building lot parking for short durations and loading/unloading. Additional free street parking on side streets and private lots are nearby and available at approximately $10 for a flat day rate. TOOLS AND PERKS: Entertainment and Utilities: Includes a Bluetooth sound system at no extra charge, a big screen on a swiveling wall-mount (HDMI, portrait orientation only), a projector, and mood lights available as paid add-ons. CLEANING & FEES: No Cleaning Fee: No cleaning fee is charged if the space is left neat; however, a $350 credit card hold is required 48 hours before your event.
