A wedding and event venue set on 70 acres alongside the scenic South Fork Broad River in Danielsville, GA! Our exclusive rental packages offer access to the picturesque barn and surrounding grounds, perfect for ceremonies and receptions. With seating for up to 150 guests, including ceremony and reception chairs, high top round tables, linens in white or black, special use tables, and multiple arbors to choose from, your event will be beautifully accommodated. We also provide setup and takedown services for tables, chairs, and arbors, ensuring a seamless experience. Additionally, our rental includes access to the decoration closet, a spacious bridal suite with a private bathroom, a groom's room, and a prep kitchen for your caterer's convenience. The Farm is a versatile venue that can be used for a variety of events such as corporate events, family reunions, birthday parties, and more. Our venue offers a rustic and charming atmosphere that can be customized to fit your specific event needs. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Our first but not last experience at the McEachin Farm was an absolute dream. Working with Jerry was a pure please, always open to being flexible and accommodating to all of our last minute needs. We celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday as Wednesday Addams and the pictures do not do this space justice. The adults enjoyed the outdoor space which was a pleasant surprise. My entire family is still talking about this party and McEachin Farm and Jerry allowed me to perfect set that stage and make my daughters dreams come true. Truly a perfect experience and we will be back!
