About the Space
Looking for an open space for production or even content creation look no further. We have this blank canvas open layout space where your mind can get creative. When you book with us you get access to the entire space. If you need chairs and tables we have them available for you to use. Need some special touch of decor inquire about decor package. This is located in Winter Park area of WinterWoods Blvd by 436 and Howell Branch Rd. There is plenty parking in the building. The space has a small area with a sink and mini fridge available for you to use.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Viviana who was the host, was very professional and courteous. She was very helpful. The place was very clean and organized, the only problem was with the air conditioning. The air conditioner was on, but the place didn’t get cool. The space was just 1000 feet and the air wasn’t strong enough to make it cool! I would rent again if the air conditioner issue is fix. Thank you for everything.

Ladies, Ladies, LADIES !!! Do not let this one pass you by! By far the best experience I have ever had with booking and decorations! Not only does Vivian have extraordinary customer service but her decorating skills are 10/10 oh and her venue is wonderful. I only have great things to say about booking with her and can’t wait for my next event to use her again!
