Nestled within a vibrant creative warehouse shared with fellow artists and music studios, our studio is a sanctuary for imagination and collaboration. Included in the rate you'll have access to a countertop for food prep or storage, a full-sized teak table (fits 8) for dining or setting up your shoot, one seamless sheet per session, a massive blank wall and discounted access to our prop inventory. All of the props are flat rate, you can rent the space without props or add it to your booking under "add ons" Plus, our studio is conveniently situated right in front of a massive freight elevator (8 am-6:45 pm) or passenger elevator (24 hours), making load-in and load-out a breeze.
