Free visitor parking is available right outside.

Please contact the host upon arrival to enter the building. Your booking time includes: setting up, breaking down, and cleaning up. Failure to leave BEFORE your booking end time will result in overtime fees so please keep track of the time. We will not extend your booking if you are late. TIME EXTENSION You may pay to extend your booking depending on our studio's schedule. Please inform us about possible overtime ASAP so we can determine if your booking can be extended. Time extension requested less than 1 hour before the start time of the booking will be charged at a 1.5 hourly rate. FEES FOR EXTRA GUESTS Each session can accommodate up to 5 guests. If more guests arrive during your booking than the number of attendees that were originally booked and approved, you will be charged a $20 fee per additional person, per hour. If more than 5 guests show up, we will only permit 5 guests to enter and kindly ask the rest to leave. If we cannot agree, the booking will be terminated with no refund. NO shoes inside NO smoke machines NO nudity NO pets or animals NO LOUD MUSIC You may play music on your phone, laptop, or the Bluetooth speaker provided. Please keep all noise to a moderate level. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK Still or sparkling water is provided by the host. No outside food or drinks are allowed in the studio. NO SMOKING OF FIRE No open fire, candles, smoking, or illegal drugs are allowed in our studio. DAMAGES Treat our space and equipment with care. You are responsible for any damage caused by yourself or anyone you allow into our studio during your booking. If an item of furniture is stained or damaged, you will incur a $250+ fee. If an item has to be replaced, guests will be responsible for the replacement cost of the item. Failure to pay will result in barring from future rental and reporting to the Hosting site.
