Our Home Studio Nine One Eight has custom floor-to-ceiling windows and an open floor plan. The home was designed and built in 1964 and has the original charm with a modern redesign. We are in a residential neighborhood in South Oak Cliff, ten minutes from downtown Dallas. There is driveway and unlimited street parking. There is natural light everywhere you look and the smoothly finished concrete floors bounce even more light around to every corner of the room. The original 1964 pool is in the front yard, and the horizontal fence has small slats. This house has a lived-in feel and a clean and minimal design that works well for production shoots, lifestyle brands, families, couples, and boudoir sessions. The second you enter through the front glass doors, you can feel all the life and love that has lived in this home. We don't offer instant bookings but respond quickly to all messages so let us know your project, we truly love hosting and can't wait to hear about it.
