About the Space
702 Hanny's is a 5-person conference room on our 7th floor. The space will include a TV with A/V attachments, a whiteboard with markers, and WIFI throughout. This meeting room is a part of the Coworking space, drop in and common area seating will also be available for groups reserving this space.

General Rules
Outside food and drink are allowed in the space.
Alcohol must be approved before and served with food.
The Department prohibits the possession or use of illegal drugs, firearms, or weapons in the Space.
No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the space.
No pets or animals are permitted in the Building or the Event Space.
The user is responsible for any vandalism, damage, or theft that occurs during its access to and/or use of the Event Space, including vandalism, damage, or theft caused by other members of the group.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We have a full time cleaning and maintenance staff.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
