General Rules
1- Respect the Space: Leave the studio as you found it. Tidy up and remove any equipment or props you brought in.
2- Booking Hours: Include setup and teardown time within your booked hours. Overtime is charged in half-hour increments.
3- Furniture and Props: Handle with care. Furniture can be moved but must be returned to its original place.
4- No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the studio.
5- Noise Level: Keep noise to a reasonable level to respect our neighbors.
6- No Unauthorized Guests: Only individuals involved in the booking are allowed in the studio.
7- No Glitter or Confetti: Use of glitter, confetti, and similar materials is not allowed due to the difficulty of cleaning.
8- Damage Responsibility: Any damage to the studio or its equipment will be charged to the person who booked the space.
9- Safety First: Follow all safety guidelines provided, especially when using studio equipment.
10- Cancellation Policy: Adhere to the cancellation policy outlined in your booking agreement.

Our studio is meticulously cleaned before and after each use, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene. We sweep, mop, and disinfect all surfaces and provide hand sanitizing stations to ensure a safe environment for your creative work.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
