This one-of-a-kind loft is conveniently located in Williamsburg, within 10 min walk to the main subway stations. Mainly used for lifestyle photography, films, and videos, is now available! The ENTIRE 1500 sqft of open space will be your next home away from home! Private entrance directly from the street, you enter the main space, our upper loft area, to the open industrial kitchen, a large family-style dining table, and the first lounge area. Designed, curated, and crafted to make you feel at home from the moment you step inside. Large casement windows allow natural light to flood through, highlighting the beautiful art, and stylish decor that are found throughout. Connecting to the lower loft area with a short set of stairs, you are greeted by great natural light from the skylight and our second living/lounging area, where you can relax, do some reading and enjoy the view of our indoor greenery. It's like a little serene oasis within the busy city. Behind the sliding French doors enters you into the home office/murphy guest bedroom. Adjustable office desk that allows you to reposition from sitting to standing height with a touch of a button. All the way to the back is the main bedroom with queen size bed, a HUGE walk-in closet, and a second full bathroom. The spacious loft gives you the relaxation you need from the busy new york streets. Contrasting from its outside look, very photogenic space where we also had plenty of lifestyle shoots. Gatherings are allowed only upon request and a post-event cleaning is required. We have security cameras installed in the living area. We have set these cameras up for the safety of our space to monitor the film and photo shoot bookings.
