About the Space
Located in DuPont Circle, this multi-purpose events and creative space is designed to cater to all things social, corporate, and community. It is approximately 2,300 sq ft with multiple windows, dimmable lighting, bluetooth compatible sound system with Alexa, and 10 ft ceilings. It features a Lounge Area furnished with vibrant minimal furniture, a modern kitchenette, a Podcast/Media room, and a Conference Room that we double as our Green Room for hosts utilizing the Main Space. This is an amazing option for those looking to host social gatherings with friends and family; corporate gatherings to use as an off-site location for workshops, trainings, seminars etc.; and community gatherings for local product and/or service-based businesses looking to host a pop-up marketplace or non-profits looking to host mixers to raise awareness of their mission. - High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Amazing space for small and large groups!
Jaelin was incredibly responsive leading up to and during the event. The venue was perfect for our groups needs. Specifically the kitchen area was great for catering and having full range of the space to meet in small and large groups was excellent. Also a great location! I would absolutely book again!

Great location, space, and host! Jaelin is very attentive and responds very quickly, making sure that everything runs smoothly before, during, and after the booking. Used the space for speaker discussions and the acoustics and size of the room were great.
