The house was built in the 1920s and has a lot of original Spanish-style features such as vaulted wood beamed ceilings, a fireplace porch, etc. The house was recently reimagined into a modern home by famous design firm Frank + Frisch. The home respects the past (1925 Spanish style home) yet embraces a modern design aesthetic. I.e., wide doorways, bright, airy spaces with amazing natural light, and a contemporary modern kitchen, primary bedroom, and bathroom.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
