Our natural wood building was built in 2003, utilizing timber from Manning Park that had been affected by the Pine Beetle infestation. The prominent features, including the expansive middle bar, sidebars, and front counter, are crafted from locally sourced "curly maple," a prized wood renowned for its use in crafting high-end violins. The exterior is adorned with board and batten siding fashioned from 150-year-old barn wood sourced from Chilliwack, which has acquired a distinctive weathered patina over time, lending our establishment a unique aesthetic appeal. Furthermore, our premises boast a collection of over 300 owl artworks generously donated by patrons from around the globe, adding a touch of whimsy and charm to our ambiance.
