About the Space
Our gorgeous front parlor of a 19th century townhouse in Brooklyn is available for photo and video shoots. A glass chandelier, an original mantel and moldings throughout provide a beautiful backdrop for video and fashion photography shoots. The space also features beautiful wood floors. The house is quiet. I have hosted many photo and video shoots on Peerspace in another space, and we have now loved and I am offering them here as well. You would have access to a half bath and a full bath. If you need use of the back parlor and kitchen area that will be $60 a hour. If you are over 12 ppl it will be $60 an hour.

We clean in between bookings and make sure that all surfaces are cleaned.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
