About the Space
Spacious backyard event space with lots of sunlight, color, a private Gazebo, and a historic Redwood Tree. Multiple seating areas from the main deck, lawn area, gazebo, and under the outdoor overhang. A connected indoor dining room and the main living room is available as well. Can host 20-30 people with a variety of layouts including separate indoor/outdoor seating areas and larger outdoor gatherings. Quick access to 101 and plenty of street parking in the neighborhood. Grocery store and general plaza around the corner.
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages allowed
Space is large and for food options there are multiple indoor and outdoor dining areas. Guests are welcome to bring their own outside food in, have it delivered, or use one of the spaces to prepare it for themselves. General food prep space in a kitchen are (cutting, heating, serving) can be provided on an as need basis.
Plates and Utensils available for dining table and others for outdoors. Up to 12-15 people.
Plenty of serving spoons and other larger utensils available.
10-15 cups available for use.
There are 4 primary seating areas, 2 indoors and 2 outdoors. Indoors there is a larger living room and the dining room. Outdoors there is the deck patio and the gazebo.
Chairs are provided both indoors and outdoors. The Gazebo sits 6 and the patio dining seats another 6+. We also have chairs available to use outdoors. Indoors the dining area seats 8-12 and the living room another 12+ people. There are about 3 couches indoor that are available as well.
3 large couches indoors and the gazebo seating is quiet, padded, and has shade.
A projector is available on request for events.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
