About the Space
Traverse City's friendliest rentable studio space for creatives! We are a great location for photographers, content creators, and small private events. The space includes the main studio (approx 500 sq ft) with wood floors, white walls, and medium sized windows on North, East, and South walls. We also have several props including a mustard yellow MCM futon, an antique double bed, several seating options, a mounted seamless backdrop holder, and a custom wooden seamless backdrop holder on wheels, so you can move where the light is! We also offer a MagMod lighting modifier package rental if you don't want to bring all your gear. Use of the space includes a small kitchenette, bathroom, and access to the prop room. The space is shared with 2 photographers and a fine artist, but the studio space can be privately closed off.

We keep our studio space clean for ourselves and our guests! We ask that you utilize the check out procedures and provided supplies to leave it the way you found it, and alert us about anything out the ordinary.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
