About the Space
The Zen House is a minimalist and modern space, centrally located in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. Surrounded by trees and nature, it is an oasis to relax and enjoy the simplicity of life. With a less is more attitude, this home was designed to give you space, to calm the senses with black and white decor, and to allow you to use the spaces to satisfy your needs. Two bedrooms are empty for you to place your equipment or decor, conveniently painted in pure white. One room is nicely decorated and contains a king-size bed. The common area is open and connected with the kitchen, giving you enough space for video equipment, meetings, cocktails, or a friendly gathering. The outdoor spaces are delicately manicured, without removing the nature element which is so hard to find nowadays. The outdoor spaces include: -Gated backyard - zen garden or meditation space - Covered patio with table and 6 chairs - 2 lounge chairs -Firepit An undeniable feeling of peace can be experienced throughout the house, inside or out.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
