- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We threw a Murder Mystery/Death-to-My-20s birthday party and the place was exactly what we needed! It was well lit, very spacious, and the owners were very responsive. They had everything: garbage cans, refrigerator, giant sink, bathroom, open space to work with for decoration, and an open space behind the building if we wanted to have a cook do their cooking under the sky. Which makes having the full wall garage door very convenient. We were able to book it kind of last minute and overall it was a great find! Definitely the place to have an event, especially because there's no nose restrictions. Giant thank you to the owners!
