General Rules

Dispose of trash properly and clean up any spills or messes. 3. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises. 4. Noise Level: Keep noise levels appropriate for the event and time of day to ensure a comfortable environment for everyone. 5. Equipment Usage: Handle all equipment and facilities with care. Any damage caused by misuse will be the responsibility of the guest. 6. Alcohol Consumption: If alcohol is served, guests must be of legal drinking age and consume responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated individuals. 7. Guest Count: Adhere to the agreed-upon guest count limit for the space. Additional guests must be approved in advance. 8. Booking Hours: Respect the agreed-upon booking hours and vacate the premises promptly at the end of your reservation. 9. Security: Keep entrances secured during your event and do not allow unauthorized individuals into the space. 10. Compliance with Laws: Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations while on the premises. Failure to adhere to these house rules may result in additional fees or termination of the event. Regular training of staff on proper cleaning procedures and hygiene practices. COVID-19 Precautions: Compliance with local health guidelines and regulations. Enhanced cleaning measures to specifically target potential virus transmission points. Flexible cancellation policy for any events affected by COVID-related issues. Enhanced cleaning measures:

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
