Garage/Workshop: Featuring 2600 square feet of space, our garage doubles as a perfect production office or indoor shoot location. It is equipped with fully finished walls, concrete floors, and ample power outlets (both 220v and 110v), alongside a 60-gallon 2-cylinder air compressor. The high ceilings and open space allow for flexible setup options. Wrap Around Deck and Guest House Decks: The main house features a sweeping wrap-around deck that, along with two additional decks on the guest house, provides varied backdrops and vistas for shoots, suitable for both smaller, intimate scenes or setups requiring a broader landscape view. Professional Cleaning Services: Our property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized by professional cleaners before and after each booking. This includes deep cleaning of all rooms, furniture, and equipment. Guest Amenities: Disposable amenities such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soaps are replenished for each new booking to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. Checklist Compliance: Our cleaning crew follows a detailed checklist to ensure nothing is overlooked, and we regularly review and update our cleaning practices in accordance with new health and safety guidelines.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
