About the Space
We will be launching a luxury, underground speakeasy featuring unique live music experiences and craft cocktails in this space in the Summer of 2024. As we are preparing to open, we are offering special pricing for all your event needs (graduation, birthday parties, prom send off, baby showers, etc) through July.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

This place is amazing!!! Thank you Jay for making this process super easy! You helped me make my Husband's 50th birthday celebration a true night to remember! The space was perfect. Clean, the place is beautiful and make my setup a breeze! Prime location in the Grandmont area! We absolutely love this place! I would most certainly recommend and book again.

The host Jay & his wife space is a 10/10. It’s very modern with an urban flare, perfect for my son’s grad mixer. Very spacious it was everything we needed & more. The patio was a very nice addition and they were very gracious and accommodating. I can’t wait to see the next chapter Jay has planned for the space…. I know it’s going to be EPIC! We thoroughly enjoyed our day in the space.
