This beautifully designed space is perfect for lifestyle and brand photography, a small Galentines event, a romantic dinner, a wedding proposal, boudoir photos and more! Ask about custom decor for your event! For Events, Peerspace guests will also have access to a half bathroom and limited access to the remainder of the space such access to a Microwave, Kitchen sink, and the Living Room area. During Winter Season outdoor spaces are not available. Note: -Location is in a private home in a residential neighborhood. Street Parking a short walk down the street is available. Outdoor privacy not guaranteed!

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
