Parking in our lot is convenient and easy. There is parking for 15 cars onsite and several parking lots in the area

There are 8 12x72" windows in the main lounge space that bring good natural light into the space on bright sunny days. The warehouse portion of our space has 2 roll up doors that bring in a lot of natural light, but these can need special request and supervision to be able to access.

Though there is no soundproofing in our space, we are off the main streets and have very few noise issues. Most of the time its very quite around our space.

Stairs, Ground Floor

There are 6 strains at the front entrance. If required, we have a loading dock and a street level roll up door available for loading if needed.

Lounge and warehouse are separate - you choose which is best for staging.

Avoid damaging walls, furniture, and other fixtures. If you notice any damage upon arrival, let us know immediately. 2. **Event Hours**: Your booking time includes setup and cleanup. Please ensure your event, including breakdown, is completed by the end of your booked time. Overtime will be charged accordingly. 3. **No Smoking**: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the space. If you wish to smoke, please do so in designated outdoor areas, and dispose of cigarette butts properly. 4. **No Illegal Activities**: Illegal activities, including drug use, are not permitted on the premises. We reserve the right to end the event and contact authorities if necessary. 5. **Noise Levels**: Please be considerate of our neighbors. Keep noise at a reasonable level, especially during evening and night hours. If you plan to have loud music or other amplified sound, please discuss this with us in advance. 6. **Outside Vendors**: If you're bringing in catering, entertainment, or other vendors, they must comply with our house rules and have any required licenses or insurance. All outside vendors must be approved in advance. 7. **Trash and Clean-Up**: Please ensure all trash is placed in the designated bins or bags. The space should be left in the same condition as you found it. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess. 8. **Decorations**: Decorations are allowed, but please use non-damaging methods for attaching them to walls or ceilings. No confetti, glitter, or open flames (such as candles) are permitted. 9. **Pets**: Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance. Service animals are always welcome. 10. **Parking**: Follow all posted signs for parking. We are not responsible for any parking violations or towing. 11. **Security and Safety**: For safety reasons, keep doors and exits clear at all times. Do not tamper with security systems, fire alarms, or fire extinguishers. 12. **Liability**: You are responsible for the conduct of your guests and vendors. Any damages or injuries that occur during the event are your responsibility. 13. **Communication**: Keep an open line of communication with us. If you have any questions or issues during your event, contact us immediately. We're here to help. 14. ** No touching the cars**: Under no circumstances is anyone allowed to touch the vehicles on display in the warehouse. Mind young children. Do not cross the display ropes.
