In addition to our indoor and outdoor areas, The Bodude Event Space also features a dedicated food area where you can serve food without compromising the seating space.

The Biltmore Event space hosted by Kay is really nice and there was plenty of space for my guests. Kay was very attentive, confirmed all of my concerns and I would book again!

We booked our event 2 months in advance. The day of the baby shower we called host because the venue was closed, we emailed and didn’t hear back from her right way. 30 minutes later she called my husband and said we didn’t have a booked event. My husband insisted we already paid and we had booked it in advance . My husband explained that we previously booked and stated we could get in the venue 15 min prior to our booking. Host then went to apologize and stated she found the booking and said she would be there in 30 minutes to open venue and clean because it was NOT clean from a previous event(mind you it was already 30 minutes past our booking time). My husband expressed we couldn’t wait since we already had people waiting there and she went on to give us code to go in. When we walked in venue there was trash everywhere,alcohol bottles on the tables, bags with decoration,trash and Ballooons including the floor being dirty and sticky. There were black table cloths on the tables and other party items all over the place. Some of our guests were already there and helped us clean and prepare for the event by putting stuff away and cleaning. Our guest had to help us move and set up tables, chairs while simultaneously getting ready for our baby shower. They also helped put all the stuff in a room that was on the side. The venue was not cleaned and prepared for our event. The host arrived a while after and apologized for the inconvenience and stated we could stay later if we needed to and use what we needed. She also stated that she would reimburse half of the booking back. She reported blaming everything on Peerspace application and she wasn’t aware we were booked. We rushed to set up the venue and organized everything. Mind you I am pregnant having to deal with the clean up. Also, we were told there would be parking for our guest in back of venue and at the time of the event host stated we couldn’t use parking. The party was done and we cleaned everything up. We emailed the host to ask about the reimbursement and she sent a huge message stating we were not getting a reimbursement due to “the conditions” we left the venue in . She made false accusations about us breaking a table and stated it was ($125 for the table)tables were left in the same exact condition we arrived in. She also stated that the small fridge was moved away from the wall and the mat under was tore ( fridge was leaking so we moved to mop next to it). The “mat” was left in the condition it was initially in. Just moved away from the wall. We left trash in bins (We were not advised they had to be dumped outside so that’s fine we have no issue with being charged a little extra for trash) She said we used 2 black table cloths and it was $20 dollars for that (website states it’s $7 per black cloth). We did use 2 of the black cloths (guest that helped organize might of not realized it was from previous party so they left them on table) She stated it was dirty and there was spills and she had to hire a maintenance guy and we wouldn’t be reimbursed. We completely understand leaving the trash inside the venue and using 2 table cloths but for her to try to acuse us of breaking tables and messing with a “mat” under fridge to not reimburse our money back is wrong. We would never book with this host again and wouldn’t recommend to book with her. If you do decide to book please be careful and take pictures because she will make false claims and accusations. We were very unhappy with the unprofessional service received from the host. In addition, my husband had to text her to stop texting him because she was very rude and unprofessional. We responded back to her about the issues we had with services and let her know that it was very disappointing and we would make sure to write a review to share our experience with booking with her.
